Eight Violets

I came across these today and they’re a great reminder to those that wish to be reminded, or a new viewpoint for someone that may not have seen these or thought about life in this way. I’d like to add my spin on it and my viewpoints on what I’ve learnt along the way about these ‘rules’ of living…

1. MAKE PEACE WITH YOUR PAST- You cannot possibly focus on the present, which is where the calm lives, if you’re still focused on your past. Yes, the past has shaped us to be who we are today and we’d be lost without it but this is where it ends. Do not focus your energy on things that are gone or people, thoughts and emotions that were yesterday’s dilemma.
